New User Tutorials for ZenCart 1.3.8x - 1.3.9x

Welcome to the ZenCart Tutorials created by Valhalla Computers to assist our new hosting clients in getting acquainted with and using ZenCart on their websites for handling their eCommerce solutions with ease.

To the right  you will find step by step guides for many of the most basic functions you need to know in order to operate and load up your shopping cart and start accepting payments.

To the right you can find links to each of the tutorials offered here.

WARNING: You should pay careful attention to the tutorials provided here as wrong settings in the admin panel of the cart, or improperly entered coding can prevent your shopping cart from working properly. These tutorials are here to cover the absolute basics of what you need to know in order to run ZenCart, additional tutorials may follow later that will cover more in depth functions and customizations. For the purposes of these tutorials we will be using an unmodded installation of ZenCart 1.3.8a

How to use these Tutorials  
There are only a couple of things you need to know in order to make use of these tutorials and learn from them. ZenCart is not hard to learn at all, DO NOT LET IT INTIMIDATE YOU or you will find it a miserable experience and give up without realizing just how easy and powerful ZenCart can be for you.

When needed, a thumbnail image will accompany a step in the tutorial, now there's no way you're going to be able to comprehend the step without seeing a larger picture so click on the thumbnail and the larger image will popup in a new window so you can look at it.

The other thing you need to know is that when a step is telling you to click on a series of links, it will always start from the first screen in the admin panel and be presented like this: TOOLS > WHO'S ONLINE

Note that the word TOOLS above is green, this means that the link is located in the main admin navigational bar and you only need to hover your mouse over that link. From there the > points you to the next link in the chain which in the case above is WHO'S ONLINE.

With all that in mind you are now ready to pick one of the links above and boldly go where many others have gone before and join the wonderful community of ZenCart users.
